Multiple choice is a regular video feature of the Give And Go Sport Education Project in which elite athletes discuss why the multi-sport experience was vital to their success in their chosen field.

Goaltender Sami Jo Small won two Olympic gold medals for Canada in women's hockey. She was also a four-time world champion.

Small attended Stanford on a track and field scholarship and was also a provincial-level volleyball player. She thinks each of these sporting experiences helped to improve her work as a goaltender.
